Helaina is a Level 7 Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with The Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. She works in a pluralistic way, adjusting the therapy to her client's specific needs, instead of trying to mould them into a way of working. Her focus tends to be around person-centred and gestalt practice. She is a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), the leading professional body for sex and relationship therapists in the UK.
